Mr. Caruso is a venture partner with Flywheel Ventures and founder of HotSpare, Inc., an information technology consulting company. He was formerly the Director of Consulting at Verio, the world's largest Web-hosting company and co-founder of Compute/Network Intensive, a technical consulting firm and Internet service provider in Irvine, CA that was acquired by Verio. Mr. Caruso spent the early part of his career at Sun Microsystems as a systems engineer.
Tin Truong has worked as a designer and creative director within the game and Web site development industries for the past 15 years. He was co-founder of WhyNot Creations, a game development firm that became a pioneer of electronic greeting cards, and has developed games, graphics and animations for Nintendo, Apple, Disney and the HopeLab Foundation.
Kathy Zader has over fifteen years of information technology and business management experience. She completed her MBA at the University of Chicago, and has worked with businesses ranging from large corporations (including IBM and Ameritech) to small start-up companies. As a business developer, Ms. Zader specializes in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and helping companies create highly productive teams.
